The Complete Entry System: From Scout to King

The complete VolMike entry progression: Entry 1 (scout, 1 contract) → Entry 2 (add size at Kijun cross, 2-3 contracts) → Entry 3 (IB break with Knights, 1 contract) → T1 (band pierce, first target) → Marengo (volume at band, hold) → T2 (King crowned, momentum validated) → Parallel Phase (trend holding, ride until 🚩). Rules give you edge. Horses and Bishops backup Mike. But Entry 1 IS the entry - when it prints, enter the scout. Ideally.
The Complete Entry System: From Scout to King

Entry 1 prints. 10:15 AM. Mike at +50F.

The scout fires.

You have a choice:

Follow the rules (enter 1 contract).

Or hesitate (doubt, check one more thing, miss it).

The trader who enters at Entry 1:

Rides +50F → +180F (T1) → +210F (T2) → exits Parallel Phase at +195F.

+145F profit. One contract. $1,800.

The trader who waits for "perfect confirmation":

Watches Entry 1 fire at +50F. Hesitates.

Waits for Entry 2 at +125F (Kijun cross). Enters there.

Rides +125F → +180F (T1) → +210F (T2) → exits +195F.

+70F profit. One contract. $900.

Same exit. Half the profit.

Why?

You weren't in from the scout.

This is the complete entry system:

Entry 1 → Entry 2 → Entry 3 → T1 → Marengo → T2 → Parallel Phase → Exit

Each piece has a role. Each step builds on the last.

Let me show you how it all works together.

🎯 The Philosophy (Rules Give You Edge)

Before we dive into mechanics:

Understand this:

The Rules Exist to Give You Edge.

Not to make you comfortable.

Not to make you "feel safe."

To give you edge.

Entry 1 fires in enemy territory 80% of the time.

(Mike below Kijun for calls, above Kijun for puts)

This feels wrong.

Your brain: "How can I buy calls when we're in the Red Kingdom?"

Answer: Because that's where the reversals start.

The scout goes into enemy territory FIRST.

Before the main army (Entry 2).

Before the fortress assault (Entry 3).

The scout finds the path.

Horses (Knights) and Bishops (volatility) are backup.

They confirm the move. Support the scout.

But Entry 1 IS the entry.

When it prints, enter.

Ideally.

If you're in doubt:

Look at the army. Are the pieces aligned?

  • General advancing (Midas Bull rising)?
  • Rook broke wall (TD Supply)?
  • Knights present (RVOL ≥ 1.2)?

Then enter.

The system already did the calculation.

Your job: execute.

🔰 Entry 1: The Scout (Foundation)

Entry 1 = the foundation of everything.

Without Entry 1, there is no Entry 2 add-size.

Without Entry 1, T1 profit cushion doesn't exist.

Entry 1 is the entry.

What Fires Entry 1:

Two conditions (both required):

  1. The General advances (Mike follows Midas Bull/Bear)
  2. The Rook breaks the wall (Mike breaks TD Supply/Demand)

That's it.

Additional confirmations (optional but strengthen):

  • Knights present (RVOL ≥ 1.2) = volume backing
  • Green/Red Bishop present (BBW expansion) = room to move
  • Cape ON (Z3 ≥ ±1.2) = momentum armor

But these are BACKUP.

General + Rook = Entry 1 fires.

You enter.

Position Size: 1 Contract

Entry 1 = scout.

Scouts don't charge with full army.

1 contract. Small size. Testing the path.

Why small?

  1. 80% in enemy territory (against Kijun permission)
  2. Location risk (might block in LOFT/CELLAR)
  3. Need cushion for Entry 2 (add size later)

Scout finds the path. Main army follows.

Example: Entry 1 CALL

10:15 AM:

  • Mike at +50F
  • Midas Bull at +45F (Mike above = following General ✅)
  • TD Supply at +48F
  • Mike breaks above +48F (wall broke ✅)
  • Entry 1 CALL fires 🎯

Check backup:

  • RVOL = 1.3 (Knight present ✅)
  • BBW expanding (Green Bishop ✅)
  • Z3 = +1.4 (Cape ON ✅)

All confirmations aligned.

Enter 1 contract at +50F. $150.

10:20-11:00 AM:

  • Mike climbs +50F → +80F → +120F → +160F

11:00 AM - T1:

  • Mike pierces Upper Band at +180F
  • T1 fires 🏇🏼
  • Contract worth $280
  • +130F profit (+$130)

You have cushion now.

This is why Entry 1 matters.

When Entry 1 Blocks (⏳):

Entry 1 fires in LOFT or CELLAR:

Mike at +75F (in LOFT zone: +70F-+90F):

  • Entry 1 CALL fires
  • Location check: in LOFT (top third of IB)
  • ⏳ Blocked
  • Level stored: +75F

Don't enter yet.

Wait for:

  1. Reclaim (🧿): Mike crosses back above +75F WITH Z3 ON
  2. Entry 3: Mike breaks IB High with Knights + Cape

Reclaim is just unlocked Entry 1.

Same scout entry. Just delayed until momentum returns.

Reclaim (🧿): The Unlocked Scout

When Entry 1 blocks, the level is stored.

Later, if Mike crosses back through WITH momentum:

Reclaim fires.

Requirements:

  1. Mike crosses blocked level (from below for calls, above for puts)
  2. Z3 ≥ ±1.2 (Cape ON, momentum present)

Both required.

Without Z3, just price tapping. No reclaim.

Example: Blocked → Reclaim

10:15 AM - Entry 1 Blocked:

  • Mike at +75F (LOFT zone)
  • Entry 1 CALL fires but ⏳ Blocked
  • Stored level: +75F

10:20-11:00 AM - Drawdown:

  • Mike drops to +50F (MAE = maximum pain)

11:30 AM - Reclaim:

  • Mike crosses back above +75F
  • Z3 = +1.4 (Cape ON ✅)
  • 🧿 Reclaim fires

Enter 1 contract at +75F.

This is the unlocked scout.

Same Entry 1. Just waited for momentum to return.

11:45 AM - T1:

  • Mike at +180F (Upper Band)
  • T1 fires
  • +105F profit

Reclaim worked.

The Rule: Enter When Entry 1 Prints

Ideally, enter immediately when Entry 1 fires.

Why?

Because the system already checked:

  • General advancing ✅
  • Wall broke ✅
  • Location safe (or blocked if not)

Your job: execute.

If you doubt:

Look at backup:

  • Knights present? (volume)
  • Bishop present? (room to move)
  • Cape ON? (momentum)

If yes, enter.

If no, still consider entering (General + Rook is enough).

The edge is in the scout.

Miss Entry 1 = miss half the move.

👑 Entry 2: The Main Army (Add Size at Queen's Castle)

Entry 2 = Kijun cross (storming the Queen's castle).

Permission flips.

Mike crosses from Red Kingdom → Green Kingdom (calls).

Or Green Kingdom → Red Kingdom (puts).

The regime changed.

When Entry 2 Fires:

Mike crosses Kijun.

That's the trigger.

But Entry 2 is dangerous (70% fake-out rate on evil Queens).

Don't blindly add size.

Check confirmations:

  1. Pawn holds (Tenkan confirms, Mike above/below Tenkan)
  2. Knights present (RVOL ≥ 1.2, volume backing)
  3. Bishop present (BBW expansion, room to move)
  4. Cape ON (Z3 ≥ ±1.2, momentum armor)

All four = safe to add size.

Missing confirmations = pass or wait.

Position Size: Add 2-3 Contracts (If Profitable)

Entry 2 only makes sense if Entry 1 already profitable.

Why?

You need cushion.

Entry 1 at +50F. Now Mike at +125F (Kijun cross).

Entry 1 profit: +75F.

This is your armor.

If Entry 2 fakes out (drops to +90F):

  • Entry 1 still profitable (+40F)
  • Entry 2 contracts lose (-35F each, 2 contracts = -70F)
  • Net: +40F - 70F = -30F (still manageable)

Without Entry 1 cushion:

  • Enter 3 contracts at +125F
  • Fake-out to +90F
  • -35F × 3 = -105F loss
  • No armor. Full pain.

The rule:

Only add size at Entry 2 if Entry 1 is profitable (+30F minimum).

If Entry 1 flat or losing, pass Entry 2.

Stop Management at Entry 2:

DO NOT move stop to breakeven.

Why?

You're close to crowning the King (T2).

Breakeven stop = stopped out before King crowns.

Use profit stop:

Entry 1 at +50F. Entry 2 at +125F.

Move stop to +90F (profit stop, protects Entry 1 cushion).

Gives room for Entry 2 retrace. Protects most of gain.

After T2 (King crowned):

Move stop to Tenkan (Parallel Phase trailing stop).

Example: Entry 1 → Entry 2 Progression

10:15 AM - Entry 1:

  • Mike at +50F
  • Entry 1 CALL fires
  • Enter 1 contract

10:15-11:00 AM:

  • Mike climbs to +125F
  • Entry 1 profit: +75F

11:00 AM - Entry 2:

  • Mike crosses Kijun at +125F
  • Entry 2 CALL fires

Check confirmations:

  • Pawn holds (Tenkan at +115F, Mike above ✅)
  • Knights present (RVOL = 1.4 ✅)
  • Green Bishop present (BBW expanding ✅)
  • Cape ON (Z3 = +1.5, Mike line green ✅)

All four aligned.

Add 2 contracts at +125F.

Position: 3 contracts total (1 from Entry 1, 2 from Entry 2).

11:05 AM - Retrace:

  • Mike drops to +110F
  • Entry 1: +60F profit (cushion holding)
  • Entry 2: -15F each (-30F total)
  • Net: +60F - 30F = +30F (still profitable)

11:10 AM - Rally:

  • Mike climbs to +180F (T1)
  • Entry 1: +130F
  • Entry 2: +55F each (+110F total)
  • Net: +240F total

Entry 2 worked. Cushion protected you during retrace.

Alternative: Wait for Knights

If you're cautious at Entry 2:

Wait for Knights to appear AFTER Kijun cross.

Scan ±3 bars around Entry 2.

If Knights show up (RVOL ≥ 1.2), then add size.

If no Knights, pass.

This is safer.

Volume confirms the Queen's castle assault.

No volume = likely fake-out.

🏰 Entry 3: The Fortress Assault (IB Break with Cavalry)

Entry 3 = breaking IB High/Low.

The fortress walls. Most defended.

70%+ fake-out rate without confirmations.

When Entry 3 Fires:

Mike breaks IB High (calls) or IB Low (puts).

But Entry 3 REQUIRES confirmations:

  1. Three Knights (RVOL ≥ 1.2 clustered within ±3 bars)
  2. Cape ON (Z3 ≥ ±1.2, momentum armor)
  3. Bishop present (BBW expansion, band opening)

All three required.

Missing one = pass. Don't touch.

IB High/Low = Theodosian Walls, Masada, Great Wall of Gorgan.

Everyone sees them. Everyone defends them.

Without cavalry (Knights) + momentum (Cape), you die at the wall.

Position Size: Add 1 Contract (Cautiously)

Entry 3 is riskiest.

Even with confirmations, 30-40% fake-out rate.

Add small.

1 contract. Not 3.

If it works, great (extension confirmed).

If it fails, damage contained.

Example: Entry 3 at IB High

IB High = +90F (gold dashed line).

11:00 AM - Mike Approaches:

  • Mike at +85F, climbing toward IB High

Check confirmations:

10:55 AM: RVOL = 1.4 (Knight 🐴)

11:00 AM: RVOL = 1.5 (Knight 🐴)

11:05 AM: RVOL = 1.3 (Knight 🐴)

Three Knights present ✅

11:05 AM - Break:

  • Mike crosses +90F (IB High)
  • Z3 = +1.6 (Cape ON, Mike line green ✅)
  • BBW expanding (Green Bishop ✅)
  • Mike holds above +90F for 3 bars ✅

All confirmations aligned.

Entry 3 fires. Add 1 contract at +92F.

Position now: 4 contracts total (1 Entry 1, 2 Entry 2, 1 Entry 3).

11:30 AM - Extension:

  • Mike at +150F
  • All contracts profitable
  • Extension confirmed

Entry 3 worked. Cavalry cleared the wall.

Without Confirmations (The Trap):

Scenario: No Knights

Mike breaks IB High at +90F.

Check Knights:

  • No RVOL spikes (all below 1.2)

Check Cape:

  • Z3 = +0.8 (below threshold, no momentum)

Confirmations missing.

Pass Entry 3.

What happens:

  • Mike spikes to +95F
  • Drops back to +85F within 5 bars
  • Fake-out

Without Knights + Cape, IB break fails 70%+ of the time.

You passed. Saved your capital.

🏇 T1: First Target (Band Pierce, Build Cushion)

T1 = Mike pierces Bollinger Band.

First target. Extension confirmed.

Calls: Upper Band. Puts: Lower Band.

What T1 Means:

Mike broke out of normal volatility container.

Move is real. Not noise.

First profitable milestone.

By T1, You Should Have Cushion:

Entry 1 at +50F. T1 at +180F.

Entry 1 profit: +130F.

This is your cushion.

Even if Mike retraces to +150F:

  • Entry 1: +100F profit
  • Still protected

This cushion is GOLD.

Don't give it all back.

Check for Marengo (Volume at Band):

When T1 fires, check RVOL:

RVOL ≥ 1.2 at T1 bar?

Yes → Marengo fires (🐎 teal horse).

Translation: Band pierce WITH volume. Real extension.

Hold for T2.

RVOL < 1.2 at T1 bar?

No Marengo.

Translation: Band pierce without volume. Weak.

Consider partial exit or tighten stop.

Example: T1 with Marengo

11:00 AM - T1:

  • Mike crosses Upper Band at +180F
  • T1 fires 🏇🏼
  • Check RVOL: 1.5 (Knight present)
  • Marengo fires 🐎

Translation: Band pierce + volume = strong extension.

Hold for T2.

Move stop to +140F (profit stop, protects cushion).

11:15 AM - T2:

  • Close at +210F (beyond T1 close at +182F)
  • T2 fires ⚡
  • King crowned

Marengo was right. Extension continued.

Example: T1 without Marengo

11:00 AM - T1:

  • Mike crosses Upper Band at +180F
  • T1 fires 🏇🏼
  • Check RVOL: 0.9 (no Knight)
  • No Marengo

Translation: Band pierce without volume. Weak.

11:05 AM:

  • Mike retraces to +160F
  • No T2 (close didn't get beyond T1 close)

T1 failed. No Marengo warned you.

Exit at +160F. Still profitable (+110F from Entry 1).

Protected cushion.

The Rule: Don't Give Back the Cushion

By T1, you have 30-50F+ cushion (from Entry 1).

DO NOT give it all back.

Use profit stop, not breakeven.

Profit stop = protects most of cushion.

Breakeven stop = gives back everything if retrace hits entry.

Example:

Entry 1 at +50F. T1 at +180F. Cushion = +130F.

Profit stop at +140F:

  • Protects +90F of cushion
  • Gives room for T1 retrace (40F buffer)

Breakeven stop at +50F:

  • Protects nothing
  • T1 retrace to +155F stops you out
  • Zero profit despite reaching T1

Don't be greedy. Protect the cushion.

🐎 Marengo: Volume Confirmation (Hold for T2)

Marengo = T1 (band pierce) + Knight (volume spike).

Teal horse (🐎). Kingdom-independent.

Signals: Extension has cavalry backing.

When Marengo Fires:

T1 fires (band pierce) AND RVOL > 1.2 at same bar.

Translation: Mike reached band WITH volume.

Not just a tap. Real thrust.

What to Do When Marengo Appears:

Hold for T2.

Don't exit at T1.

Marengo confirms extension continues.

Example:

Entry 1 at +50F.

T1 at +180F with Marengo (RVOL = 1.5).

Your decision:

  • Exit at T1 (+130F profit)? No.
  • Hold for T2? Yes (Marengo present).

T2 fires at +210F (+160F profit).

Holding past T1 (because of Marengo) = +30F extra.

Without Marengo:

Exit at T1. Take +130F. Done.

With Marengo:

Hold for T2. Take +160F. Better.

Marengo at Entry 3 (Critical):

When Entry 3 fires (IB break), check for Marengo:

IB High break + Marengo = real breakout.

IB High break without Marengo = likely fake-out.

Example: IB Break with Marengo

IB High = +90F.

11:00 AM:

  • Mike breaks +90F
  • Three Knights present (10:55, 11:00, 11:05)
  • T1 fires at +92F (band pierce, Upper Band nearby)
  • Marengo fires 🐎 (RVOL = 1.5 at T1)

Translation: IB break + band pierce + volume = all confirmations.

Hold aggressively for T2.

Result: Mike extends to +150F, then +210F (T2).

Marengo at Entry 3 = strongest signal possible.

⚡ T2: The King is Crowned (Momentum Validated)

T2 = close beyond T1 close (within 6 bars).

King crowned. Move validated.

Not just a spike and fade. Mike CLOSED beyond T1.

What T2 Means:

Momentum sustained.

This isn't a fake-out.

The move has conviction.

What to Do at T2:

1. Move stop to Tenkan (Parallel Phase trailing stop).

2. Expect Parallel Phase to begin.

3. Hold until Mike breaks away from Tenkan (🚩).

T2 = validation.

Not exit.

Parallel Phase is where you ride the trend.

Example: T1 → T2 → Parallel Phase

11:00 AM - T1:

  • Mike at +180F (Upper Band)
  • T1 fires 🏇🏼
  • T1 close: +182F

11:05 AM - T2:

  • Mike at +190F
  • Close: +188F
  • Check: 188F > 182F (T1 close)? Yes ✅
  • T2 fires ⚡
  • King crowned

11:05 AM - Parallel Phase Begins (🏁):

  • Mike at +190F
  • Tenkan at +185F
  • Mike above Tenkan (within 6F) = parallel

11:10 AM:

  • Mike at +200F
  • Tenkan at +195F
  • Still parallel

11:45 AM:

  • Mike at +210F
  • Tenkan at +205F
  • Still parallel

Parallel Phase active. Trend holding.

Move stop to Tenkan (trailing stop at +205F).

14:00 PM - Parallel Phase Ends (🚩):

  • Mike at +200F
  • Tenkan at +215F
  • Mike dropped below Tenkan (beyond tolerance)
  • Parallel Phase ends 🚩

Exit at +200F.

Total profit: +150F from Entry 1.

Parallel Phase = the ride.

T2 validates it starts. 🚩 tells you when it ends.

🏁 Parallel Phase: The Trend Ride (Exit at 🚩)

Parallel Phase = Mike runs parallel to Tenkan.

Calls: Mike stays above Tenkan (within epsilon tolerance, ±6F).

Puts: Mike stays below Tenkan.

This is the trend.

When Parallel Phase Starts:

After T2 (King crowned).

Mike begins running with Tenkan.

Flag appears: 🏁

When Parallel Phase Ends:

When Mike breaks away from Tenkan beyond grace period.

Grace period: 1 bar (forgives single-bar noise).

If Mike stays away for 2+ bars:

🚩 Parallel Phase ends.

Exit.

Why Parallel Phase Matters:

This is where you make the big money.

Entry 1 → T1 = build cushion (+130F).

T1 → T2 = validate move (+50F more).

T2 → Parallel Phase end = ride the trend (+another 50F+).

Example:

Entry 1 at +50F.

T1 at +180F (+130F cushion).

T2 at +210F (+160F total).

Parallel Phase runs to +250F.

Parallel Phase ends at +240F (Mike breaks from Tenkan).

Exit at +240F. Total profit: +190F.

Parallel Phase = +30F-80F extra (beyond T2).

This is the trend ride.

Stop Management During Parallel Phase:

Trail stop below Tenkan (with buffer).

Example:

Mike at +210F. Tenkan at +205F.

Stop at +195F (10F below Tenkan, gives breathing room).

Mike climbs to +240F. Tenkan at +235F.

Move stop to +225F (10F below Tenkan, trailing).

When Parallel Phase ends (🚩):

Exit immediately.

Don't wait for stop to hit.

Parallel Phase end = trend exhausted.

🔱 The Complete Progression (Putting It All Together)

Let me walk you through a perfect session:

09:30 AM - Session Opens

SPY opens at $580.50 (Mike at +600F).

Wait for IB to complete (10:30 AM).

10:30 AM - IB Complete

  • IB High: +650F
  • IB Low: +550F
  • LOFT: +616F to +650F
  • CELLAR: +550F to +583F
  • Safe Zone: +583F to +616F

IB structure set.

10:45 AM - Entry 1 CALL (Scout)

  • Mike at +590F (Safe Zone, Entry 1 allowed)
  • Midas Bull at +585F (Mike above ✅)
  • TD Supply at +588F
  • Mike breaks above +588F ✅
  • Entry 1 CALL fires 🎯

Check backup:

  • RVOL = 1.3 (Knight ✅)
  • BBW expanding (Green Bishop ✅)
  • Z3 = +1.4 (Cape ON ✅)

Enter 1 contract at +590F ($1,200).

10:45-11:30 AM - Climb to Entry 2

Mike climbs +590F → +620F → +640F → +660F.

Entry 1 profit: +70F (+$700).

11:30 AM - Entry 2 (Kijun Cross)

  • Mike crosses Kijun at +660F
  • Entry 2 CALL fires

Check confirmations:

  • Pawn holds (Tenkan at +650F, Mike above ✅)
  • Knights present (RVOL = 1.5 ✅)
  • Green Bishop (BBW expanding ✅)
  • Cape ON (Z3 = +1.6 ✅)

All aligned. Add 2 contracts at +660F.

Position: 3 contracts total.

Move stop to +630F (profit stop, protects Entry 1 cushion).

11:30-12:00 PM - Approach IB High

Mike climbs toward IB High (+650F... wait, Mike already above IB High).

Actually, let me recalculate:

If IB High is +650F and Mike at +660F at Entry 2, IB already broken.

Let me redo this with correct IB:

CORRECTED PROGRESSION:

IB High: +620F (not +650F).

Entry 1 at +590F (below IB High, safe).

Entry 2 at +630F (above IB High = IB already broken).

Better example:

10:45 AM - Entry 1:

Mike at +590F. Entry 1 fires. Enter 1 contract.

11:15 AM - IB High Approach:

Mike at +615F (approaching IB High at +620F).

Check for Entry 3 confirmations:

  • Three Knights? Check ±3 bars... yes (RVOL 1.4, 1.5, 1.3)
  • Cape ON? Yes (Z3 = +1.6)
  • Mike breaks +620F, holds above

Entry 3 fires. Add 1 contract at +622F.

Position: 2 contracts (1 Entry 1, 1 Entry 3).

11:30 AM - Entry 2 (Kijun Cross):

Mike crosses Kijun at +660F.

Add 2 contracts.

Position: 4 contracts total.

12:00 PM - T1:

Mike pierces Upper Band at +720F.

T1 fires 🏇🏼

Check RVOL: 1.6 (Marengo 🐎 fires).

Hold for T2.

Entry 1 profit: +130F (+$1,300).

12:15 PM - T2:

Close at +755F (beyond T1 close at +722F).

T2 fires ⚡

King crowned.

Parallel Phase begins 🏁

12:15-14:30 PM - Parallel Phase:

Mike runs parallel to Tenkan:

  • 12:30: Mike +770F, Tenkan +765F
  • 13:00: Mike +790F, Tenkan +785F
  • 14:00: Mike +810F, Tenkan +805F

Trend holding.

Trail stop below Tenkan (+795F).

14:45 PM - Parallel Phase Ends:

Mike at +800F. Tenkan at +815F.

Mike dropped below Tenkan beyond tolerance.

🚩 Parallel Phase ends.

Exit all 4 contracts at +800F.

Final P&L:

Entry 1: +210F × 1 contract = +$2,100

Entry 2: +140F × 2 contracts = +$2,800

Entry 3: +178F × 1 contract = +$1,780

Total: +$6,680 on 4 contracts.

This is the complete progression.

Entry 1 (scout) → Entry 2 (add size) → Entry 3 (fortress) → T1 (cushion) → Marengo (volume) → T2 (King) → Parallel Phase (ride) → Exit (🚩).

📏 Position Sizing Summary

Complete position sizing:

Entry 1: 1 Contract (Scout)

  • Small size
  • Testing the path
  • 80% in enemy territory
  • Build cushion first

Entry 2: Add 2-3 Contracts (If Profitable)

  • Only if Entry 1 already profitable (+30F minimum)
  • Need cushion for armor
  • All confirmations required (Pawn + Knight + Bishop + Cape)
  • Stop at profit, not breakeven

Entry 3: Add 1 Contract (Cautiously)

  • Riskiest entry (IB break)
  • Need all confirmations (Three Knights + Cape + Bishop)
  • Small add (damage control if fails)

Maximum Position: 4-5 Contracts

  • 1 from Entry 1
  • 2-3 from Entry 2
  • 1 from Entry 3
  • Scale as confidence builds

Never go full size at Entry 1.

Scout small. Add as move proves itself.

🛡️ Stop Management Summary

Complete stop strategy:

At Entry 1:

  • Initial stop: Below TD Demand (or Midas Bull)
  • Typical: 15-25F below entry
  • Example: Entry at +590F, stop at +570F

After Entry 2:

  • Move to profit stop (NOT breakeven)
  • Protects Entry 1 cushion
  • Gives room for Entry 2 retrace
  • Example: Entry 1 at +590F, Entry 2 at +660F, stop at +630F

At T1:

  • Move to stronger profit stop
  • Protect 60-70% of cushion
  • Example: Entry 1 at +590F, T1 at +720F, stop at +660F

After T2 (Parallel Phase):

  • Trail stop below Tenkan (with buffer)
  • Move up as Tenkan rises
  • Example: Tenkan at +765F, stop at +755F (10F buffer)

At Parallel Phase End (🚩):

  • Exit immediately (don't wait for stop)
  • Trend exhausted
  • Take profit

Stops protect cushion. Not entry price.

By T1, you have 30-50F+ cushion. Protect it.

🎯 The Ideals (What "Should" Happen)

Let's be clear about the ideals:

Ideal #1: Enter at Entry 1 When It Prints

Entry 1 fires → you enter.

No hesitation. No "wait for more confirmation."

The system already checked. Your job: execute.

If you doubt, look at backup (Knights, Bishops, Cape).

But ideally: Entry 1 prints → you're in.

Ideal #2: Enter at Reclaim When It Prints

Reclaim fires (🧿) → you enter.

This is unlocked Entry 1.

Same scout. Just delayed until momentum returns.

Ideally: Reclaim prints → you're in.

Ideal #3: Add at Entry 2 Only If Profitable

Entry 2 fires → check Entry 1 profit.

If Entry 1 +30F or more → add size.

If Entry 1 flat or negative → pass.

Cushion first. Then add.

Ideal #4: Add at Entry 3 Only With Full Confirmations

Entry 3 fires → check:

  • Three Knights? ✅
  • Cape ON? ✅
  • Bishop present? ✅

All three → add 1 contract.

One missing → pass.

IB break without cavalry = suicide.

Ideal #5: Hold Through T1 If Marengo Present

T1 fires with Marengo (🐎) → hold for T2.

T1 fires without Marengo → consider partial exit.

Volume at band = extension continues.

No volume = might fade.

Ideal #6: Exit at Parallel Phase End (🚩)

🚩 appears → exit all positions.

Don't wait for stop.

Trend exhausted.

Take profit. Done.

These are the ideals.

Reality: You might hesitate, double-check, miss entries.

But the closer you stick to ideals, the better your edge.

💀 Common Mistakes (What Kills Traders)

Let me save you pain:

Mistake #1: Waiting for "Perfect" Confirmation

Entry 1 fires. You think:

"Let me wait for Entry 2 (more confirmation)."

Result: You miss Entry 1 (+130F). Enter at Entry 2 (+660F). Exit at +800F. Profit: +140F instead of +210F.

Lost 33% of profit waiting for "safety."

The fix:

Entry 1 IS the entry. Enter when it prints. Ideally.

Mistake #2: Full Size at Entry 1

Entry 1 fires. You enter 5 contracts (full size).

Result: Entry 1 blocks in LOFT. Mike drops to MAE. You panic, exit all at loss.

Then Reclaim fires. Mike extends. You're not in.

The fix:

Entry 1 = 1 contract (scout). Add size at Entry 2/Entry 3.

Mistake #3: Breakeven Stops Near T1/T2

Entry 1 at +590F. Mike at +720F (T1).

You move stop to +590F (breakeven).

Result: T1 retraces to +680F. Stop hit. Zero profit.

Then T2 fires at +755F. You're not in.

The fix:

Profit stops, not breakeven. Protect cushion, give room for T1 retrace.

Mistake #4: Entering Entry 3 Without Knights

Mike breaks IB High. You enter immediately.

No Knights. No Cape.

Result: Fake-out. Mike drops back below IB High. -30F loss.

The fix:

Entry 3 REQUIRES Knights + Cape. No exceptions.

Mistake #5: Holding Past Parallel Phase End

🚩 Parallel Phase ends. You think:

"Mike might go higher. I'll hold."

Result: Mike fades. Profit shrinks from +210F to +150F.

The fix:

🚩 = exit. No debate. Trend over.

Mistake #6: Giving Back the Cushion

Entry 1 at +590F. T1 at +720F (+130F cushion).

Mike retraces to +650F. You hold (no stop).

Mike drops to +600F. You panic exit.

Profit: +10F instead of +130F.

The fix:

Protect the cushion. Use profit stops. Don't give back gains.

🧠 The Mental Game (Trading Psychology)

The system is simple. Execution is hard.

Why?

Fear:

"What if Entry 1 fails? I'll lose money."

Answer: Entry 1 is 1 contract (small size). Loss contained. Scout's job is to test.

Greed:

"Mike at T1. I want more. I'll hold past 🚩."

Answer: 🚩 = trend over. Take profit. Don't turn winner into loser.

Doubt:

"Entry 1 fired but I don't see all confirmations. Should I wait?"

Answer: Look at army. General + Rook = Entry 1 fires. That's minimum. Backup (Knights, Bishops, Cape) strengthen it, but Entry 1 is enough.

FOMO (Fear of Missing Out):

"I missed Entry 1. Let me chase at +700F."

Answer: No. Wait for Entry 2 or Entry 3. Don't chase random levels.

Revenge Trading:

"I lost on last trade. I'll enter bigger on this one."

Answer: No. Position sizing is fixed. Entry 1 = 1 contract. Period.

The system removes emotion.

Your job: trust the system. Execute.

When Entry 1 prints, you enter. Ideally.

When 🚩 appears, you exit. Always.

🎯 The Bottom Line

The complete entry system:

Entry 1 (Scout):

  • General + Rook = fires
  • 1 contract
  • Enter when it prints (ideally)
  • Build cushion

Reclaim (Unlocked Scout):

  • Entry 1 blocked → stored
  • Mike crosses back WITH Z3 ON
  • Enter 1 contract
  • Same as Entry 1, just delayed

Entry 2 (Main Army):

  • Kijun cross
  • Add 2-3 contracts (if Entry 1 profitable)
  • Need all confirmations (Pawn + Knight + Bishop + Cape)
  • Stop at profit, not breakeven

Entry 3 (Fortress):

  • IB High/Low break
  • Add 1 contract (cautiously)
  • REQUIRE Knights + Cape + Bishop
  • Without them, pass

T1 (First Target):

  • Band pierce
  • Check for Marengo (volume)
  • Protect cushion (30-50F+)
  • Don't give it back

Marengo (Volume at Band):

  • T1 + RVOL > 1.2
  • Confirms extension
  • Hold for T2

T2 (King Crowned):

  • Close beyond T1 close
  • Momentum validated
  • Parallel Phase begins (🏁)
  • Move stop to Tenkan

Parallel Phase (Trend Ride):

  • Mike runs with Tenkan
  • Trail stop below Tenkan
  • Exit when 🚩 appears
  • This is the money

Rules give you edge.

Horses and Bishops backup Mike.

But Entry 1 IS the entry.

When it prints, enter. Ideally.

The progression builds:

Scout (Entry 1) → Add size (Entry 2/Entry 3) → Build cushion (T1) → Validate (T2) → Ride (Parallel Phase) → Exit (🚩)

Don't skip Entry 1.

Don't give back cushion.

Don't hold past 🚩.

This is the complete system.

Now go execute.
